At each Marugame Seimen store, "Kokumi Pork Shabu-Shabu" will be on sale from June 13th to the end of July (excluding some stores). Prices start at 620 yen (tax included).
This is a bukkake udon with moist and soft special pork shabu-shabu, sliced onions, mizuna, and chopped pickled onions. The juicy pork shabu-shabu is seasoned with a soy sauce-based garlic-flavored “Kokumi-dare”.
You can enjoy the crispy texture of onions and mizuna. If you mix the topping mayonnaise, the ingredients will be richer and more delicious.
