The first summer menu using domestic ingredients will be released on June 1st at each Excelsior Cafe store (excluding some stores).

"Domestic peach creamy roll" is a limited-time creamy roll using domestic peaches. Large dice-cut peach syrup and whipped cream flavored with peach paste are wrapped in fluffy chiffon dough. The single item price is 450 yen (tax included, same below).


"Baked cheesecake of" Meyer lemon "from Saga prefecture" is a cake made by carefully baking cheesecake dough and sponge dough mixed with Meyer lemon juice. The top surface is finished with lemon-flavored glasage and is topped with dry orange and pistachios. You can enjoy the gentle acidity and smooth, creamy mouthfeel. The single item price is 480 yen.


"Eclair of" Meyer lemon "from Saga prefecture" is an eclair that uses custard cream and Meyer lemon juice for the top coating. The custard cream is finished with the sweetness of condensed milk, and it seems that an elegant sweetness arrives after the acidity. The single item price is 360 yen.


In addition, as the second release, the spicy "Cibatta Kagoshima Prefecture Izumidori Cajun Chicken" and the refreshing sour "Focaccia Domestic Pork and Coleslaw" will be released on June 8th. The single item price is 480 yen each.
