Cassata" is a traditional iced cake originating from Sicily, Italy. It is an iced cake made with cheese and whipped cream, mixed with fruits (orange, raisin, lemon, cherry, and pineapple), nuts (almond and pistachio), and chocolate, then chilled and hardened. The various textures and tastes of fruit, nuts, and chocolate can be enjoyed together. Sold only for in-store consumption. Priced at 520 yen (tax included, same as below).
