The Pearl Tapioca Drink is back, in response to customer requests for its resale. Two flavors of iced drinks, café latte and royal milk tea, are filled with pearl tapioca, which is slightly sweet, small, and easy to drink, and topped with whipped cream. The small, white tapioca grains are lovely, and the drink has a sweet aroma reminiscent of coconut. It can be enjoyed like a light dessert. Prices range from 550 yen for an S size in the store and 540 yen for a To go (tax included).

Fluffy Berry Chiffon Cake

Excelsior Cafe's "fluffy" chiffon cake with a hint of pink strawberry flavor. The chiffon dough is made of Japanese wheat flour and Japanese glutinous rice flour, and toppings include strawberry sauce, raspberry crunch, whipped cream, and condensed milk. The chiffon dough and toppings together create a sweet and sour, mellow flavor. In-store price is 600 yen (tax included). Sold only for in-store consumption. Subject to cake set.
