Gapao Rice, which was popular last year, has evolved and reappeared!
At each Ministop store, the ethnic lunch box "Gapao-style rice with minced chicken" will be released on May 23. The price is 398 yen (tax included). The sales areas are Kanto, Tokai, Kinki, and Kyushu.
"Gapao Rice", which was sold last year (2016) and was well received, was finished with "genuine seasoning" by adding nam pla and basil. Minced chicken, onions, and peppers are mixed with sliced chili peppers, fried in a sauce with basil and nam pla, and soft-boiled eggs are combined.
Furthermore, on May 30, "Singapore-style chicken rice" will be released as the second ethnic lunch box.
Rice cooked with whole chicken soup and ginger, topped with softly finished chicken. It is said that it has a spicy and light taste by sprinkling three kinds of sauces: sambal sauce, soy sauce with "burnt feeling", and ginger onion sauce. The price is 430 yen (tax included).
