From Ministop, the "ethnic" series of chilled lunch boxes for the summer is now available. "Spicy Gapao Rice with Minced Chicken" will be on sale from May 17th (May 24th in Shikoku area), and "Ginger Chicken Khao Man Gai" will be on sale from May 24th.

The spicy minced chicken gapao rice is a dish of domestically minced chicken, onions, bamboo shoots, peppers, and other ingredients that are sautéed with basil, nam pla, and oyster sauce, and combined with semi-ripe eggs. It seems that it is finished with a spicy taste that makes it addictive. The price is 450 yen (tax included, same below). Sales areas are Tohoku, Kanto, Tokai, Shikoku, and Kyushu.

On the other hand, Ginger Chicken Khao Man Gai is Thai-style chicken rice with chicken on top of rice cooked with rich chicken flavor and ginger flavor. The chicken is seasoned with ginger to make it soft and juicy, and spicy and rich with doubanjiang and oyster sauce are added, and ginger sauce soured with lemon juice is sprinkled on it. The price is 430 yen. Sales areas are Tohoku, Kanto, Tokai, Kinki, and Kyushu.
