Hotto Motto" held its first Asian Fair. Gapao Rice", a Thai home-style dish, and "Lue Lo Han", a classic Taiwanese dish, will go on sale on April 2.

The Asian Fair features attractive dishes from various Asian countries in bento boxes. In the first phase, "Gapao Rice" (560 yen) and "Lue Lo Han" (540 yen), which focus on authentic spices, will be released.

Gapao Rice

Gapao Rice" is a Thai national home-style dish consisting of minced chicken stir-fried with gapao sauce, a type of herb called gapao, holy basil, and spices, and served on a bed of rice. The flavor of the chicken and the stimulating spiciness of the Gapao sauce create an addictive taste. A squeeze of lemon adds a refreshing sourness that gives the dish a different taste. Roo Lohan
