Ministop New Bento Box Lunch

Ministop will release "Tareben Beef Kalbi Yakiniku Jyu" from the "Tareben" series by YAMITSU Kitchen, which was conceived with Michelin star chef Toba, focusing on tare (sauce) in a tarecentric (sauce-centric) concept. The thickness of the meat is thinned to about 2 mm to make it easier to mix with the sauce. The sauce used on top of the yakiniku is seasoned thicker for winter than the current version. Comes with an optional sauce.
