At each Seijo Ishii store (excluding some stores), a new product "Ricotta and Mascarpone Blueberry Cheesecake" will be released on May 25th. The price is 699 yen (excluding tax).

This product is a mousse-light cheesecake made with ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese. Below is a layer of blueberry reeling. Blueberries are made from Oregon Duke, which has a low acidity and a beautiful flesh color.

You can enjoy the refreshing sweet and sour taste and the light taste. The contrast between the white cheesecake and the bluish-purple blueberry filling is also beautiful.
