The selling price is 1,286 yen per bottle (tax included).

Chocolate Mint Cheesecake with Japanese Mint Leaf Paste

The cheesecake batter is made with a paste of Japanese mint leaves and chocolate chips. The cheesecake has a rich sweetness and a refreshing mint aroma that spreads in the mouth. The color of the mint ganache is considered to be a visually cool and refreshing dish.

The chocolate mint ganache is layered with chocolate mint streusel, mint cheesecake batter, chocolate chips, and pounded batter.
