Hinamatsuri Shortcake

Seijo Ishii announced on its official website that a limited quantity of "Strawberry Hinamatsuri Shortcake" will be available from February 12 to 28, 2023, and can be reserved through Seijo Ishii's web reservation service and received at designated stores on March 1 to 3. The deadline is noon three days prior to the delivery date. The size 5, approximately 15 cm in diameter, serves 6 people and is priced at 3,780 yen per unit (tax included).


The "Strawberry Hinamatsuri Shortcake"

with juicy sweetness and moderate acidity of "Tochiotome"

is presented as a gorgeous homemade cake to be prepared to add color to the dining table celebrating the Doll's Festival on March 3.

Fresh strawberries (strawberry) with juicy sweetness and moderate acidity "Tochiotome" are used. The slightly pink sponge with sweet and sour raspberry puree is sandwiched between two layers of pure fresh cream made from Tochiotome and raw Hokkaido milk. The sponge is lightly coated with homemade strawberry jam. Freeze-dried strawberries are added as a topping.

The freeze-dried strawberries are from Poland and the homemade strawberry jam is made from strawberries from Turkey.
