On May 15th, Mentaiko's "Fukuya" opened a "Yakimochi" specialty store "En" in Nishijin, Sawara-ku, Fukuoka.

On sale are "Menta-yaki Mochi" (150 yen including tax), which is made by wrapping Fukuya's mentaiko and mayonnaise-style sauce in mochi and baking it, and flakes of walleye pollock mixed with mentaiko and mayonnaise-style sauce. , "Hakata Medetai Mochi" (180 yen), which is a "pink skin" wrapped in mochi kneaded with pollack extract. In the future, sweet rice cakes and seasonal rice cakes will be developed.

Products can only be taken home. Boxed sets (2, 6, 10) are also available.
