Fukuya will sell AJINOMENTAIMAYO 60 (AJINOMENTAIMAYO Sixty), the richest mentaiko mayo in Fukuya's history, containing a surprising 60% mentaiko. It is sold exclusively at directly managed stores and through mail order (including online sales). The product was developed with the aim of creating a "mentaimayo that goes well with white rice. The product weighs 115 grams and is priced at 900 yen (tax included).

AJINOMENTAIMAYO 60

AJINOMENTAIMAYO 60 has a rich mentaiko (cod roe) taste unlike anything you have ever tasted before, but at the same time it has the mellow taste of mayo. After much trial and error in pursuit of the perfect balance, we arrived at a mentaiko content of 60%. In consideration of the compatibility with mentaiko, we used mayo with a smooth texture and added a little light soy sauce and Japanese mustard to give it a rich flavor.

Furthermore, during production at our own factory, half of the mentaiko grains are first mixed with seasonings and other ingredients, and then the remaining mentaiko grains are added.

Due to the special ingredients and manufacturing process, mass production is difficult, and the product is sold only at Fukuya directly-managed stores and through mail order.
