Freshly baked custard apple pie specialty store "RINGO"
Finally landed in Kyushu!

Freshly baked custard apple pie specialty store "RINGO" will open in Fukuoka's Tenjin underground shopping area on May 22nd. First store in Kyushu.

RINGO is a custard apple pie specialty store that opened its first store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo in March 2016. "Freshly baked" is offered at a store integrated with a workshop, and about 130,000 pieces are sold a month.

The freshly baked custard apple pie at the store is characterized by its crispy texture and custard cream that has been fully added using the "post-insertion" method. The cream wraps the sourness of the apples, making it easy to eat.

We are particular about raw materials. The custard cream uses Hokkaido milk, and the puff pastry uses an original blend of wheat flour that was developed to give a crispy texture, and Hokkaido fresh butter. In addition, the filling is made with "leaf and sardine apples" from Aomori prefecture, which are cut into 2 cm square cubes in a seasonal state to give them a scent and texture.

The price is 370 yen for 1 piece and 1,400 yen for 4 pieces, all excluding tax (up to 4 pieces per person).

The location of the RINGO Tenjin Underground Shopping Center is West 4th, Tenjin Underground Shopping Center, 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Business hours are from 9:00 to 21:00.
