Freshly Baked Custard Apple Pie Lemon

This flavor was introduced last summer and was well received, selling 166,000 units in the three months from May 20 to August 22, 2021. The filling is a well-balanced combination of apple preserves and lemon puree and rind soaked in sugar and juice to give the product a fresh aroma and pleasant sourness. The lemon custard cream, a combination of smooth custard cream made with Hokkaido milk and flavorful lemon curd, combines with the filling to create a sweet and sour taste.


The surface of the pie is topped with croquettes and sugar powder, adding a zesty texture and a cool, summery look. This refreshing apple pie is perfect for the start of summer.

Priced at 520 yen per piece (tax included), available at all RINGO stores in Japan and BAKE CHEESE TART plus RINGO Lazona Kawasaki store. The BAKE CHEESE TART plus RINGO Lazona Kawasaki store and the Mitsukoshi Toyota store will start selling it on July 1.

Lemon and apple pie muffin

Moist muffins made with apple preserves, lemon puree, lemon peel, and lemon juice. The surface is topped with a crispy pie crust, granulated sugar, powdered sugar and lemon juice glaze to enhance the bittersweet flavor of the lemon peel.
