"Freshly baked lemon custard apple pie" is the first lemon flavor in RINGO history. Lemon puree, peel, and juice are added to the filling of diced apples made from Aomori Prefecture's "Leaf Tozuru Apple" to create a well-balanced finish that brings out the refreshing aroma, acidity, and texture. The refreshing flavor of lemon, the filling of apples and the sweetness of custard cream are a perfect match for summer.


Lemon custard cream is a smooth custard cream made from Hokkaido milk combined with flavorful lemon curd. You can enjoy the mellow lemon flavor with the "post-filling" method of baking the puff pastry and then filling it with cream.


The homemade puff pastry, which is carefully kneaded with plenty of fresh butter, has a crispy texture of 144 layers. Topped with croquembouche and sugar powder, it has a crispy texture and a cool summery impression.
