Five kinds of fragrant sweet bread are now available!

At the Omotesando main store of the designer patisserie "bubo BARCELONA" from Spain, the Viennoiserie (sweet bread) called "sold out one after another" will be on sale from May 3rd in Spain.

There are five types of lineup, including "croissant", which allows you to enjoy the rich taste of butter and the crispy texture of Western confectionery. Details are as follows.

● Brioche Mansana (400 yen, tax included, same below)
A cream bun filled with lemon-flavored custard cream containing cinnamon in a soft brioche dough. It is baked with fresh apples on it.

● Croissant (346 yen)
A fragrant croissant with plenty of butter. It seems that the dough layered on top of each other creates a crispy texture and aroma.

● Croissant chocolate (400 yen)
Rich dark chocolate wrapped in a classic croissant. The color is topped with pistachios.

● Croissant Nues (486 yen)
Croissant with rich Spanish almond cream. The outside is crispy with sugar glaze and nuts, and the inside is moist like butter cake.

A roll danish pastry with almond chocolate cream wrapped in a crispy dough. It is studded with raisins that are soft and fluffy and have a gentle sweetness.
