FamilyMart "Nama-Koppe Pan"In order to solve the recent social issue of "generation disconnection," a communication gap caused by differences in values based on the time of birth and other factors, the company has focused on "koppe-ban," which is nostalgic for middle-aged and older people who have become familiar with school lunches and fresh for younger people. The product was developed with the hope that the common topic of "koppeban" would serve as a bridge that would bridge the disconnected communication between generations.
The company has added the popular "fresh" value to the traditional koppeban, and has launched a prepared bread and a sweet bread. Fresh cream and other ingredients are added to the dough to make it moist, resulting in a "sticky dough" for the prepared bread and a "melt-in-your-mouth dough" for the sweet buns.
Nama-Koppepan (egg):A dough to which fresh cream is added is baked with a higher water content, resulting in a moist and glutinous texture. The fermentation temperature and baking time are adjusted to achieve the optimum mixture to express a sticky dough.

Nama-Koppepan (whipped bread with red bean paste and butter) After the dough is carefully kneaded, it is allowed to rest for three times as long as usual, and then baked at a lower temperature and in a shorter time than usual. The brioche dough contains 8 times more eggs and 15 times more margarine than conventional coppepan dough, and whipped cream is added to make it moist and pleasant to the touch.
The sweet bean paste and whipped cream with butter have a smooth texture. The whipped cream with butter and tsubu-an (sweet bean paste) are smooth in texture and are carefully balanced with the texture of the melt-in-your-mouth dough.
