Viennoiserie LeTAO "Fromage Danish"
The popular Fromage Danish is back!

"Viennoiserie LeTAO" will open for a limited time in Takashimaya, Nihonbashi, Tokyo from February 22nd to 27th. When the store opened for a limited time in June of last year (2017), the popular "Fromage Danish", which sold more than 10,000 units, will reappear.

Fromage Danish baked in the in-store kitchen is a crispy Danish pastry wrapped in two layers of cheese cream. The cheese is made by layering rich Hokkaido cream cheese (upper layer) and creamy Italian mascarpone cheese (lower layer).

The Danish pastry is made from 100% Hokkaido wheat and homemade natural yeast, and is slowly aged and fermented at low temperature for 72 hours, then folded into 27 layers and baked. You can feel the pleasant crunchy texture and the scent of wheat.

The price is 297 yen (tax included) per piece. The sale place is Nihonbashi Takashimaya B1F Subway Exit Event Space. Business hours are from 10:30 to 19:30.
