The seasonal menus "Tenya-style Loco Moco Tendon" and "Asari Gobo / Shrimp Tendon" will be released on April 27 at each Tenya chain store (excluding some stores). Scheduled to be sold until May 31st.

Tenya-style Loco Moco Tendon is the first appearance of Tenya, "Hawaiian Tendon". A juicy mini hamburger is made into tempura and placed on a bowl, and a soft-boiled egg and coleslaw are added to make it a loco moco style.


The sauce is based on brown roux, with domiglace sauce and red wine added, and a special loco moco sauce. You can also feel the sourness of tomatoes and the fruity sweetness of apple and pineapple juices. The price is 770 yen (tax included) with miso soup.

Clam burdock and shrimp tempura bowl is a variety of tempura bowl with fried clams, burdock and ginger, two shrimp tempura, and vegetable tempura. The umami of the soft and fluffy clams, the texture of the crispy burdock, and the spicy ginger flavor are a perfect match. The price is 850 yen (tax included) with miso soup.
