This product is a bukkake udon topped with "special tororo", egg yolk, and seafood Matsumaezuke, which is made by adding chopped okra to coarsely grated tororo. The toppings and soup stock are entwined, and you can enjoy the richness and umami. Seafood Matsumaezuke is a combination of autumn salmon, squid, chopped squid, chopped kelp, kazunoko, and scallop string.
