At each Hanamaru Udon store, "rich soymilk dandan udon" will be on sale for a limited time from April 16th. Prices start from small 480 yen (excluding tax).
The menu, which was sold in November 2017 and was popular with women, is back. Sichuan-style soymilk dandan noodles made by blending rich soymilk cream with soup and topped with mustard takana on chicken soboro seasoned with a special sauce.
The rich soy milk cream enhances the umami of the dashi stock, making it a creamy soup with a rich and mellow taste.
