"Boulangerie Tateru Yoshino Plus" affiliated with the French restaurant "Tateru Yoshino" in Ginza. It is on the 1st floor of Park Hotel Tokyo in Shiodome, Tokyo. Here you can find more than 40 types of bread and sweets, including baguettes offered at the restaurant Tateru Yoshino, bread, croissants, and baked goods.
The most popular is "croissant" (270 yen, tax included, same below), but the skin is crispy and the inside is mochi mochi, which is insanely delicious!
A croissant baked with a refreshing and fragrant flavor using fermented butter from France's "Isny". The moment you touch your teeth, the thin layered skin is crispy and crispy ... and the dough is chewy from the inside.

Bread kneaded with beets, boiled beef hoho meat in red wine, and potato gratin and baked. The black pepper accent is crisp.
When you cheek at once, the creamy taste of gratin spreads smoothly at first, and the more you chew, the more delicious the beef cheek meat exudes. "Hoku" is a potato that sometimes comes in. The bread has a crunchy texture and is perfect for eating!
