A new sweet product, "Matcha Strawberry Parfait," will be available at Sushiro stores for a limited time starting April 14. The price is 280 yen (tax not included).

The "Green Tea Strawberry Parfait" is a parfait consisting of green tea mousse layered with strawbimochi and whipped cream, topped with green tea ice cream and strawberry ice cream with strawberry pulp. It is topped with azuki beans and frozen strawberries.


The mixture of green, red, and pink looks like a cherry blossom tree. It evokes the image of the transition from spring to summer, from cherry blossoms in full bloom to cherry blossoms in leaf.

The matcha ice cream is rich, with a deep umami taste and a lingering bitter aftertaste. The strawberry ice cream is mild yet refreshingly sweet. You can also enjoy the crunchy texture of the pulp and juicy juice.


As you continue eating, the fluffy green tea mousse, chewy warabimochi, and melted whipped cream come together and spread on your palate with various textures.
