Chilled Chinese power salad style
It's about time for the chilled Chinese season!

Hiyashi chuka is what you want to eat when the temperature gets warmer. Standard ingredients such as ham, cucumber, and broth egg are good, but this time we will introduce a simple and delicious "power salad" style arrangement.

A power salad is a salad that combines the three elements of vegetables, fruits, and protein. Recently, it has been attracting attention that vitamins, minerals, and proteins, which are often deficient in Japanese people, can be taken at once.

This time, I took the power salad, which is a combination of prosciutto, apples, mixed nuts, and cut vegetables obtained at a convenience store, out of the pack, chilled it, and turned it on to Chinese noodles. The noodles do not need to be boiled or washed, and we use Shimadaya's new product "Ryusui Noodle Gomadare Taste" (300 yen for 2 meals, tax not included) that can be eaten simply by loosening it with soup.

Fruit for noodle dishes ...? At first, I thought, but the refreshing sweetness of apples goes well with the rich taste of the apples! The crunchy nutty aroma is also a nice accent.
