Taiwan Sponge Cake Fruit

Chun Shui Tang's Taiwan sponge cake dough has a nostalgic and simple taste with a strong egg flavor. The new "Taiwanese Castella Fruit" is topped with strawberries and mangoes on top of milk tea whipped cream mixed with black tea brewed in the store from additive-free tea leaves. The accompanying honey also contains black tea, giving it a mellow aroma. The price is 900 yen. Available all year round.

Taiwan Sponge Cake Green Tea Strawberry

This is a limited time product with the aroma of bittersweet Uji green tea. Pale pink fresh cream mixed with strawberry puree is topped with custard cream containing Uji green tea, and decorated with strawberries and nuts. The price is 980 yen, and it will be available until June 14.

Tofu chicken noodle soup with scallion and rape blossoms

This is a spring-only version of Chun Shui Tang's ever-popular "Tofu Chicken Soup Noodles" since its launch in 2017. It is a Japanese Chun Shui Tang original that adds Chinese noodles to the "bean plasma soup," a classic breakfast food in Taiwan that resembles dried bean curd that hardens when warm soy milk is poured with vinegar and sifted.

The seafood-flavored soup features a light base of chicken stock and plenty of scallion broth. It is served with soy milk soup that is sizzling with vinegar, rape blossoms, scallions, salted chicken, and Chun Shui Tang's original glutinous Chinese noodles. Priced at 950 yen, it will be available until June 14.

Steamed chicken and spring vegetables with peanut mazemen

Chun Shui Tang's original peanut sauce mixed with soy milk, black vinegar, and other spices is served with Chinese noodles. It is topped with lettuce, green beans, minced fish and egg, and steamed chicken. The rich peanut sauce and refreshing spring vegetables will stimulate your appetite. The price is 950 yen, and it will be available until June 14.
