Tofu chicken noodle soup with scallion and rape blossoms
This is a spring-only version of Chun Shui Tang's ever-popular "Tofu Chicken Soup Noodles" since its launch in 2017. It is a Japanese Chun Shui Tang original that adds Chinese noodles to the "bean plasma soup," a classic breakfast food in Taiwan that resembles dried bean curd that hardens when warm soy milk is poured with vinegar and sifted.The seafood-flavored soup features a light base of chicken stock and plenty of scallion broth. It is served with soy milk soup that is sizzling with vinegar, rape blossoms, scallions, salted chicken, and Chun Shui Tang's original glutinous Chinese noodles. Priced at 950 yen, it will be available until June 14.
