"Spicy chilled noodles with ground chicken gapao" is a spicy sautéed basil chicken soboro seasoned with black soy sauce "Sea You Dam" used in Thai cuisine and oyster sauce, topped with pakuchi and cashew nuts, and spicy with nam pla. It is a dish that you can mix well with the sauce.


Before eating, sprinkle the sauce quickly. Plenty of ingredients such as chicken soboro, paprika, sunny lettuce, red onion, lemon and cashew nuts! Ethnic flavor and saltiness are appetizing. The scent of nam pla is good.





The noodles on the bottom are chewy and slippery. It's thick noodles, so it's perfect for eating. You can enjoy it by entwining it with the ingredients. Crispy onions and coriander add freshness.
