"Uni Bonara" will be on sale from December 17th at each Kappa Sushi restaurant. The price is 462 yen (tax included). It will end as soon as it runs out.

Sea urchin Bonara

A rich "sea urchin bonara" sauce with a mellow taste of milk, cheese and eggs, and a sea urchin paste. The noodles that go with this are not pasta but "Chinese noodles". This Chinese noodle is Kappa Sushi's original extra-thick Chinese noodle that is also used in the standard products "Shio ramen of sea bream soup" and "Yokohama soy sauce ramen" that were renewed this month. It has a chewy texture and taste, and goes well with the "sea urchin bonara" sauce.

Accented with chopped seaweed and sea lettuce, the toppings are luxuriously topped with "raw sea urchin" for a more gorgeous finish. When you receive it, it is recommended that you mix it well before eating.
