I actually tried three noodle menu items from Seijo Ishii. Tomato Cappellini with Coconut Cream and Garlic Shrimp, Spicy Cold Mixed Noodles with Minced Chicken Gapao, and Pho Gur.

I actually purchased and tried the "Spicy Chilled Mixed Noodles with Minced Chicken Gapao" found at Seijo Ishii. This dish is served with a spicy sauce with a hint of fish sauce. It's loaded with chicken minced meat, bell peppers, sunny lettuce, red onion, lemon, cashews, and lots of stuffing!

Tomato Cappellini with Coconut Cream and Garlic Shrimp

I actually bought and tried the Tomato Cappellini with Coconut Cream and Garlic Shrimp pasta menu item found at Seijo Ishii. This menu item allows you to enjoy thin noodle pasta with coconut cream in a mild yet ethnic sauce.

Pho ger

I actually bought and tried " Pho Gur" found at Seijo Ishii. This is a cup of pho that is heated in the microwave before eating. The refreshing flavor of lemon adds a nice accent, making it easy to enjoy even on days when you don't have much of an appetite. It's filling and filling enough!
