At each store of the bowl chain "Nakau", "Buri-don", which uses plenty of seasonal domestic yellowtail, was released on January 11th. The price is 790 yen for average and 490 yen for mini, both including tax.
This is a pickled rice bowl with plenty of yellowtail fillet finished with a special pickled sauce on top of hot rice. The pickled sauce is based on soy sauce and black mirin is added to add mellowness, sweetness, and thickness.
The fat-rich domestic yellowtail and the rich and rich taste of the pickled sauce make the rice go well. If you like, add grated ginger.
