Matcha baum and chestnut yokan are docked!
From the tea, sweets and cafe shop "Gashoan", "Kuroho (Chestnut Yokan Baum)", which is a popular matcha baumkuchen wrapped in chestnut yokan, will be released on December 30th.
Baumkuchen "CHIYO no Wa" made from matcha from Shizuoka prefecture is wrapped in carefully selected azuki beans from Hokkaido and chestnut yokan made from large chestnuts from Kumamoto prefecture. Chestnut yokan is carefully handmade one by one, and it is said that it has an elegant taste with less sweetness.
Luxury Japanese combination
The size is about 15 cm in diameter. The price is 10,000 yen (tax and shipping included). It is delivered in a special paulownia box and wrapped in a furoshiki.
