Three mini-sized "The Decoration Chiffon" will be released on December 26th at each of the new-style chiffon cake specialty stores "The Chiffon & Spoon" that you can eat with a spoon.

This is a chiffon cake with the standard flavors "plain", "chocolate" and "matcha", squeezed with whipped cream and topped with strawberries and chocolate.

Plain is a soft and moist dough with a gentle flavor of eggs, stuffed with whipped cream, and decorated with whipped cream, cut strawberries, and blueberries.


Chocolate is stuffed with chocolate whipped cream in a chocolate-flavored dough kneaded with cocoa, and then decorated with chocolate whipped cream, sliced chocolate, and cut strawberries.


Matcha is made by stuffing matcha whipped cream in a dough kneaded with matcha and then decorating it with matcha whipped cream, almond pralines, and cut strawberries.


Both are available in S size only, and the price is 486 yen (tax included). Limited time until mid-January 2017.
