Fujiya confectionery stores will hold a "Founder's Festival Sale" on November 1 to celebrate the 113th anniversary of Fujiya's founding. Purchasers will receive a gift on a first-come, first-served basis, as well as a lineup of many special products appropriate for the foundation festival.

Fujiya's Chiffon Cake (Japanese chestnut)

The chiffon pastry is filled with a light marron-flavored custard cream and topped with chanterelle cream and Japanese chestnut cream. The top is decorated with Japanese astringent chestnuts, allowing you to enjoy the taste of Japanese chestnuts. The price is 680 yen.

Taste of Tradition: Fujiya's Shortcake

This product is inspired by the old Fujiya shortcake, which was filled with the passion of the founder, Rinemon Fujii. It is a cute retro shortcake with chanterelle cream and strawberries sandwiched in a sponge with visible baking marks. The price is 680 yen.

Peko-chan Original Notebook & Pouch

Starting on November 1, the first customers to purchase Peko-chan goods at 2,000 yen or more including tax will receive a not-for-sale Peko-chan 2024 schedule notebook and book-shaped envelope as a free gift. The popular annual schedule organizer comes with a book-shaped label.

This year's design theme is "World Tour with Sweets. It depicts Peko-chan, Poco Chan, and Dog enjoying Fujiya sweets in various places while traveling around the world. This is a special schedule diary with all pages newly drawn. All pages are in full color, and the cover is reversible. The size of the notebook is approximately 150mm (H) x 105mm (W), and the size of the book-shaped labels is approximately 110mm (H) x 80mm (W).

113th Anniversary Peko-chan Original Medal

On November 16, the anniversary of the company's founding, customers who spend 1,130 yen or more including tax will receive a "113th Anniversary Peko-chan Original Medal" on a first-come, first-served basis. The medal is a 2023 limited edition design with the logo of the new Fujiya confectionery store, which was renovated in September of this year.
