The raw material used is the sweet potato "Kouharu" from Kasumigaura City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Aged roasted potatoes that have been aged in a special storage for over a year and have their sweetness maximized with a special roasting machine are said to have a sugar content of 40 degrees or more by condensing the sweetness in freezing.

It has a strong taste that you can feel the aroma and sweetness of aged grilled food, and it seems that you can enjoy it in various scenes such as before and during meals. Alcohol content is 25 degrees.
