The handmade Mille crêpes specialty store "El Cafe" is open in Ecute Tokyo for a limited time from December 12th to December 25th.
El Cafe is a Mille crêpes specialty store run by Toshinari Sekine, who created Mille crêpes in 1988. Mille crêpes, which is made by layering 20 layers of original cream, which is a combination of homemade custard cream and fresh cream, baked to the utmost thinness, won the sweets category of the "National Order Gourmet Japan's No. 1 Final Battle" in 2011.
