Premium roll cake with snowy strawberries

. This roll cake is made with milk chanterelle cream and white chocolate to resemble snow. The sponge made from domestic wheat is sandwiched between milk chanterie cream and domestic strawberries. The top is decorated with snowman and snowflake motifs, chocolate attachments, and Japanese strawberries, and is finished with glittering silver leaf sugar.

Peko-chan's Departure

One of the "12 Stories of Shortcake," a series of sweets created each month focusing on a different character to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the launch of Fujiya's shortcake. This time, it is a collaboration with actress Kaho Minami, who is known for her love of Peko-chan, a character from Fujiya.

The cake is filled with light vanilla-scented custard cream and strawberries, and finished with chanterelle cream with condensed milk. The top is decorated with chocolate and strawberries in the shape of Peko-chan's face. It is cute to look at, delicious to eat, and is designed to bring you a happy time. There are two types of Peko-chan faces.


The product will be on sale from September 22 to 30. The price is 594 yen.

Shichi-Go-San

Strawberry

Shortcake "Shichi-Go-San Strawberry Shortcake" is a strawberry shortcake, a Fujiya classic, decorated with a Shichi-Go-San chocolate plate and a candle with a chestnut motif. This shortcake is perfect for celebrating the healthy growth of your child.

Available from mid-September through November 15; the S size costs 3,562 yen, the M size 4,563 yen, and the L size 5,362 yen.


In addition, Fujiya's classic "Shortcake (Fruit Sandwich)," "Chocolate Nama Cake," and "White Chocolate Nama Cake" will also be sold with Shichi-Go-San-like decorations.


The Chitose Ame (red)/(white), a Shichi-Go-San staple, will each be available in three different gorgeous kimono-dressed Peko-chan designs. Made with condensed milk and fresh cream, the candy has a rich flavor similar to that of Fujiya's long-selling "Milky" candy. Peko-chan Milk Chocolate," a stick-shaped chocolate that resembles a Chitose candy, is also available.

The "Chitose Ame Assortment Bag (Peco Poco)," sold separately, comes in two sizes. Chitose Ame (red)/(white) are priced at 108 yen each, and Peco Chan Milk Choco is priced at 129 yen.

New Colorful World

This is one of the "12 Stories of Shortcake" series, which started in January 2022 as a project to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the release of Shortcake. The protagonist of this month's story is ERIKO, a model and sedentary traveler.


This shortcake is a reminder that "the world is not only what you can see with your eyes. Colorful sponge cake with matcha green tea, ramune, and orange flavors, and strawberries are sealed in with a sauce, and the outside is finished with chanterelles cream and strawberries for decoration.
