The rare part "Uwami-suji" will be on sale for a limited time from November 22nd at each yakiniku chain and GYU-KAKU store.

Uwamisuji is a part of Ude, a rare part that weighs only about 600-700g (24.69oz) from one head. You can enjoy the soft texture like fins and the taste of lean meat. It's the first time that it has been introduced in a yakiniku chain.

The "Uwami-suji lump roast" offered this time is about 200g (7.05oz) of meat, which is baked as a lump until the surface color changes, then cut and eaten. Five types of toppings (charcoal salt, salt konbu, mustard sauce, GYU-KAKU special chopped ginger, garlic butter) are available.
