The main Hoikoro bento is Twice-cooked meat (Hoikoro), which is made with Hatcho Miso and has a rich flavor. It seems that the texture of cabbage is also utilized. It will be sold in the South Tohoku, Kanto, Tokai, Kinki, Shikoku, and Kyushu areas. The price is 450 yen.
