Moss Burger will offer "Honey Lemon Ginger Ale [0.3% Setouchi Lemon Juice]" and "Marugoto! Lemon Ginger Ale with Honey Lemon Sauce [0.3% Setouchi Lemon Juice]" will be available from May 22 until mid-September.

Honey Lemon Ginger Ale

with Honey Lemon Sauce [0.3% Setouchi Lemon Juice] This carbonated drink combines ginger ale with a syrup made from Setouchi lemon juice, minced and diced (rind) and honey. The syrup contains mainly minced and diced "Setoda Eco Lemon" rind, as well as small amounts of minced "Amatsu" and "Shiranui" lemons from Kyushu, which give the drink its mashed rind texture. Of the lemon ingredients used in the honey lemon syrup, Setoda Eco-Lemon accounts for 73%


The refreshing citrus acidity complements the moderate sweetness of the honey for a gentle taste. Because it is easy to drink neat and goes well with burgers, it is recommended as a set menu drink for a special price. Priced at 290 yen for an S size, 360 yen for an M size, and 430 yen for an L size (tax included).

This time, the syrup used in "Honey Lemon Ginger Ale" is split with ginger ale, and a whole fresh lemon, cut into wedges, is added. The fresh lemon can be enjoyed by crushing it and adjusting the acidity to your liking. The price is 560 yen (tax included).
