The "Pai Collection", a collection of various pies from all over Japan, is being held until September 27th at the food floors "Ginza Sweets Park" and "Event Space" on the second basement floor of Mitsukoshi, Ginza, Tokyo.

At Sweets Park, we have a selection specializing in apple pies. "Marugoto apple cheese flavored pie" and "honey apple apple pie" from Hirosaki, Aomori prefecture, which is one of the leading apple producing areas in Japan, and "Sour cream apple pie" limited to Ginza Mitsukoshi are on sale.


In the event space, there is a lineup of "vegetable pies!" That use plenty of Japanese vegetables and local specialty pies. There are also unique pies such as "Ota Onion Pie (Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture)" containing white shrimp and Toyama Onions from Toyama Bay, and "Uni Pie (Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture)" with the scent of sea urchin.
