A sweets buffet centering on "powerful red," one of this year's fashion trend colors, and making full use of seasonal ingredients. The theme for the first season, which runs through October 31, is "Powerful Rouge. Pastry Chef Toshiharu Hyakuda will prepare about 25 kinds of sweets in the main color of powerful red, incorporating autumnal flavors such as chestnuts, pears, figs, pumpkins, and apples.

After being shown to their seats, guests will first be presented with "Rouge Invitation," a crunchy chocolate with nuts and cereal. A wonderful welcome treat will be prepared for you to enjoy while taking pictures at your table until the buffet starts.

The "Rose for You," a cake with a large rose whose petals are made up one by one with chocolate, is a smooth and gentle dish of pear jelly covered with dark chocolate mousse. The pears, which still have a crunchy texture, are also impressive.

The "1/2 Rouge" cake, with its cute heart, offers the flavor of red wine (the cake is alcohol-free) and the unique texture of figs. Its counterpart, "1/2 Black," offers a combination of coffee and caramel mousse.

Other unique cakes include the "Triangle Heart," in which the aromas of strawberry, lychee, and rose spread in the mouth one after another, and the "Deep Red Rose Table," with its impressive rare cheese cake with sour cream and plum jelly. Other cakes include the classic chocolate cake "Impressive Torte" with homemade apricot jam, "Chestnut and Cassis Small Balls" with a hint of sourness, "Mosaic Apple Tart" accented with ricotta cheese, mellow "Pumpkin Pudding," "Black Financier" topped with berries, and "Black Financier" with a hint of sweetness. At the live station, a chef squeezes your choice of six different types of bean paste (Japanese chestnut bean paste, Kintoki Tokachi bean paste, gyokuro bean paste, purple sweet potato bean paste, yuzu bean paste, and ramune bean paste) right in front of your eyes and prepares them with freshly made waffles. The waffles, which are made with cage-free eggs from a responsible procurement standpoint, taste even better when served with ice cream. In addition, seven types of savories (light meals) such as fish burgers, soups, salads, and beef curry will be available.

The popular "Zero Leftovers Campaign" will also continue.
