This product is a "hybrid sweet" that combines Baumkuchen and Creme Brulee. Creme brulee with a smooth texture is poured into the hole in the center of Baumkuchen, and the top surface is caramelized to finish.


The moist and soft Baumkuchen uses plenty of egg yolk and fermented butter. You can enjoy a rich aroma and a rich taste.


Creme brulee has a fluffy, light mousse-like mouthfeel. It melts smoothly with the heat of the tongue and spreads an elegant and rich sweetness.
