Seasonal fruits are luxurious

The second "2016 Midsummer Parfait Fair" is being held at the Salon de Cafe at Shiseido Parlor Ginza Main Store. The period is from August 2nd to August 31st. Peach, mango and fig parfaits are offered.

"Domestic Golden Peach and White Peach Oriental Parfait" is a parfait with an oriental finish that combines juicy domestic golden peach and white peach compote with green tea ice cream. The peaches from the most seasonal production area at that time are used. It seems that the strawberry sauce is an accent. The price is 1,890 yen (tax included, same below).

"Okinawa Prefecture Keets Mango Parfait" is a parfait with a luxurious use of Keets Mango with a smooth texture and low fiber content. With tropical homemade mango sorbet, exotic sauce, milk ice cream and cranberry sauce, it's a midsummer dish. The price is 2,580 yen.

"Fig parfait from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture" is a parfait where you can enjoy seasonal figs in various types such as fresh figs, red wine compotes, and rosé wine compotes. Served with fig sorbet, framboise and red currant. The price is 2,160 yen.

In addition, "Koihime's Strawberry Parfait from Shinshuhata Kobo, Nagano Prefecture" is also offered to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building (strawberry). The price is 1,890 yen.
