These large strawberries are rare and precious, with only a few farmers producing them even in Fukushima Prefecture. They are characterized by their gorgeous aroma and sweetness, and are cultivated in a very particular way. The price is 2,800 yen.

" on January 14 and 15, 2023 at "Ginza Honten Shop" on the 1st floor of Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building. On January 14 and 15, 2023, the "Ginza Honten Shop" on the 1st floor of the Tokyo Ginza Shiseido Building will be selling fresh sweets full of strawberries. Two items of "shortcake," each using carefully selected strawberry varieties, and one item each of "pudding au fraise," "strawberry tart," "roll cake," and "cocotte de fraise" will be sold. Enjoy "Special Strawberry Day 2023" at the Shiseido Parlor Ginza main store at home.

Pudding au Fraise "Sanukihime from Kagawa Prefecture"

A rich and smooth custard pudding with a sauce of "Sanukihime" strawberries whose sweetness and aroma will fill your mouth. The price is 648 yen.

Shortcake "Sanukihime from Kagawa Prefecture" Shortcake "Fukuharuka from Fukushima Prefecture"

Hon Waka sugar is used in the dough and mouth-watering whipped cream. These luxurious shortcakes are filled with "Sanukihime" and "Fukuharuka" strawberries, which fill the mouth with sweetness and aroma. Both are priced at 993 yen.
