"Snow Monster" is shaved ice that is inspired by the rime on the Zao mountain range. Fruits such as cherries and peaches from Yamagata are spread in a large bowl, and natural ice is piled high in a bowl made by hollowing out a small watermelon. You can enjoy special syrups such as strawberries, passion fruit, and blue berries while sprinkling your favorite amount. The price is 2,800 yen (tax included, same below). "Hanagasa pizza" is a special pizza with the motif of "Kasa" at the Hanagasa festival. "Summer Vegetable Hirashi Ramen" is a ramen with Yamagata's local dish "Dashi", eggplant pickles, special char siu, and watermelon.
