Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel will once again introduce the "300 Series Shinkansen Nozomi Train Cake," which will be available until November 30. It measures approximately 27 x 8 x 5 cm and is priced at 6,800 yen (tax included).

300 Series Shinkansen Nozomi Train Cake

Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel opened on March 20, 1992, and will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022. The "Shinkansen Nozomi" also celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, and a collaboration cake inspired by the 300 Series Shinkansen Nozomi that was in operation 30 years ago has been prepared.

The cake is made of white chocolate for the train and milk chocolate for the tracks, and is a recreation of the 300 Series Shinkansen Nozomi running on the tracks, which will no longer be in service as of 2022. The base of the Shinkansen is made of shortcake with plenty of strawberries. It was on sale until June 23rd, but due to its popularity, the pastry chef decided to resell it again.

It is necessary to place an order with a reservation up to three days in advance. The delivery place is the buffet dining Kechel on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Delivery hours are from 11:30 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00.
