Hotel Metropolitan will be offering "Suica's Penguin Balloon Cake," "Suica's Penguin Christmas Tree Cake," "Suica's Penguin Party Cake," "Champ de Phrase," and "Petit Phrase," available for reservation from October 1 to December 15, and delivered from December 23 to 25. Reservations must be made by November 30 to receive the special rate, and members of JR Hotel Members and Metropolitan Wedding Members can purchase at the member's price.

Suica's Penguin Balloon Cake

Suica's Penguin Balloon Cake" looks adorable with many balloons when accompanied by a Suica penguin made of cookies. Bitter mousse chocolate, caramel mousse, and orange jelly go well together in this dish. The 15cm-diameter cake is priced at 6,000 yen (tax included, same as below). Member price is 5,500 yen.

Suica's Penguin Christmas Tree Cake

Suica's Penguin Christmas Tree Cake" is a cute Christmas tree-like cake with pistachio cream decorated with Suica penguins. The tree is filled with berry jelly and strawberry mousse in a vanilla mousse. 15 cm in diameter. The tree is 15 cm in diameter and is priced at 5,500 yen. The price for members is 5,000 yen.

Suica no Penguin Party Cake

The "Suica no Penguin Party Cake" is gorgeously decorated, sprinkled with the patissier's special icing cookies, and large enough to be shared by about 12 people. It is made with chocolate sponge and cream and filled with strawberries and three kinds of fruit. The size is 39 x 28 cm, with a limited number of pieces per day. The price for members is 18,000 yen.

Champ de Phrase

The "Champ de Flèze" is a light and refreshing dish made with two types of cream, uniquely blended by the hotel. It is made with fresh cream with a moderate sweetness and a fluffy pastry dough filled with strawberries, which give it a good combination of tartness from the strawberries and sweetness from the cream. It is 15 cm in diameter and retails for 4,800 yen. Early bird and member price is 4,400 yen.

Petit Phrase

Petit Phrase is a small Christmas shortcake for two or three people, filled with fluffy homemade sponge and strawberries. It is 12 cm in diameter and retails for 3,900 yen. Early bird and member price is 3,500 yen.
