"Summer Gift Verrine Estival" will be on sale from July 1st to August 31st at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu's pastry boutique "ORIGAMI". The price is 650 yen each (tax included).

Verrine is a glass dessert that uses seasonal fruits. In July, there are 5 types of coffee, watermelon coconut, apricot kernel lychee, cattle agrum (4 types of citrus fruits), and grapes. Five types will be sold respectively. All of them have a cool appearance and you can enjoy a smooth mouthfeel.

Of these, "popcorn" verrine has four layers: corn jelly, blancmange, corn sauce, and shanti (fresh cream). The scent of popcorn has been transferred to the milk and fresh cream, and you can enjoy the aroma.
