Patisserie Kihachi Verrine 4 species
New summer "Verrine"

At each Patisserie Kihachi store (excluding some stores), four types of "Verrine" using peaches and grapefruit will be released on July 1st. Sale until August 23.

"Verrine Peach Melba" is a sweet made with the image of "Peach Melba". Layered with peach compote, cream, souffle dough, vanilla mousse, and almond cookies coated with white chocolate. Raspberry sauce is hidden under the peach compote. The price is 584 yen (tax included, same below).

"Verrine Campari Grapefruit" is a dessert made by layering ruby grapefruit, Campari jelly, and grapefruit pulp jelly. There is yogurt mousse in the Campari jelly. The price is 562 yen.

"Verrine Rouge Berry Spumante" is a dessert with 3 kinds of berries, mixed berries and spumante jelly, raspberries and strawberry jelly. You can enjoy the rich taste of berries and the faint scent of spumante. The price is 594 yen.

"Verrine Rouge Berry Spumante"

"Verrine Peach Savarin" is a sweet made by layering peach compote, peach jelly with rum, and savarin. Savarin soaked with plenty of syrup is sprinkled with mellow rum. The price is 605 yen. * Limited to Isetan Shinjuku, the sale period is from July 13th to August 19th.
