Montblanc SAKURA is a Montblanc decorated with cherry blossoms by squeezing a generous amount of butter cream with a hint of cherry blossoms on a white bean milk mousse containing plum and strawberry jelly. Streusel mixed with cherry leaves is used for the base (a rag made by mixing flour, butter, sugar, etc.), and it seems that you can enjoy the crispy texture and the scent of cherry leaves. The price is 584 yen (tax included).

Verrine SAKURA is an image of a cherry tree, with layers of pale pink and green. Pistachio mousse, cherry mousse with salted cherry blossoms and leaves, cherry jelly, and white wine jelly with honey are layered. Recommended for cherry blossom viewing and spring party scenes. The price is 562 yen (tax included).
